t’s so powerful, the written word. It can be so precise and accurate, especially with a thesaurus right at hand.
It makes it so easy to take time, write exactly what you mean, convey exactly what you intend.
And it is utterly inadequate, frustrating, and recalcitrant when everybody involved is not on the same page from the beginning.
